  • 1 batch of homemade or store-bought pizza dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 8 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle approximately 12×16 inches.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard and mayonnaise, then spread it evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Layer the ham slices evenly over the mustard mixture, followed by the Swiss cheese and sliced chicken breast.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the top for added flavor.
  6. Starting from one long side, gently roll the Stromboli into a log, tucking in the ends to seal.
  7. Transfer the Stromboli to the prepared baking sheet seam-side down. Brush the top with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  8. If desired, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top before baking.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  10. Allow the Stromboli to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
