Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 cup marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
- Open the can of crescent rolls and unroll the dough. Separate into triangles as indicated, and then gently press each triangle into a muffin cup, ensuring the dough covers the bottom and sides.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce into each dough-lined cup, spreading it evenly over the bottom.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by a layer of mini pepperoni slices.
- Top each pizza with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, a drizzle of olive oil, and a dash of oregano and garlic powder for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges of the crescent dough are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before carefully using a fork to lift each mini pizza out of the muffin tin.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired and serve warm.
