  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  2. Open the can of crescent rolls and unroll the dough. Separate into triangles as indicated, and then gently press each triangle into a muffin cup, ensuring the dough covers the bottom and sides.
  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce into each dough-lined cup, spreading it evenly over the bottom.
  4. Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by a layer of mini pepperoni slices.
  5. Top each pizza with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, a drizzle of olive oil, and a dash of oregano and garlic powder for added flavor.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges of the crescent dough are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before carefully using a fork to lift each mini pizza out of the muffin tin.
