Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.

  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the oil and garlic mixture. If needed, gradually add the reserved pasta water to create a silky sauce that clings to the noodles.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese, ensuring it’s evenly distributed and melts into the pasta.
